DAY 1 Planning a Choose Your Own Adventure
1. Working Title: Thomas's Magic Necklace
Character: Boy named Thomas Evergreen, 14
Setting: Aria Kingdom / The woods (made up kingdom)
Problem: Magical necklace was stolen as he walked into the kingdom. The plot revolves around finding his necklace.
Thomas lives in a village outside the kingdom. One ending is that he gets distracted and he dies right away. Another choice may be to ignore the rustle and continue to trade in the kingdom and chases the bandit who stole his necklace. He would then follow the path different directions. Later other characters will want the necklace as well. Another ending later on in the story may be that someone uses the magic against Thomas and needs to find a witch to help him.
2. Working Title : The Three Planets
Character: Boy named Abrak, 18
Setting: 5167 Planet K'Pax
Problem : The planet is dying. We search for a new planet to inhabit in five years.
We found three other planets we may inhabit. The reader may choose to travel to one of the three planets. One planet will be very dangerous, one has a war happening and the third is evolving into powerful technological society.
3. Working Title: Aaron and the Dragon
Character: Boy named Aaron, 15
Setting: 980AD in the land of Myths
Problem: A dragon is lost. Aaron must find the dragon.
The reader finds the dragon, who is a leader of all the dragons in the world. He wants to leave his dragon island and go into regular life with the reader into the land of Myths
The reader finds a unicorn and it stabs them in the heart and they die.
The reader wins a duel and you find the information about the dragon. If they choose to loose the dual and are held captive.
4. Working title : Lost in the Woods
Character: Boy named Thomas Jibblewort, 12
Setting: Lost in the forest in Colorado.
Problem: He needs to find his way home.
Someone could be hunting Thomas. He must choose a path that takes him to a tree or somewhere else
5. Working Title: The Haunted Greenhouse
Character: Boy named Ethan, 13, owns an invisible shield that makes him invincible.
Setting: Basement with his time machine. He travels to a garden 2030
Problem: He found a garden that is haunted by a girl. She keeps taking the souls of those who find the garden. He wants to find out why she is stealing these souls and why the garden burned.
Start with the time machine. He comes home from school learning about the greenhouse. he meets the ghost. The stained glass roof traps the souls who are trying to figure out the mystery. The must choose between the grass path or the flower path.
