POINT OF VIEW can take a story in a completely different direction.  Think about how a news story is covered.  If an event is being told by someone who collected information, like time of day or number of deaths, then it will be factual. Now, consider the same story told from someone who lived it.  Someone who saw the gunman, or experienced the car crash- whatever the event might be.  How different would their version of the story be from the factual report?
