First, Second and Third Graders prepared our tank and poured in the Aqua Dragons or Artinian Salinas.

Second graders could see tiny swimmers.

If we look very closely we can see tiny Artemia Salinas swimming around! The water was very cloudy this morning. We pumped air into the tank, and let them sit in the window for a short time.

Update August 8, 2023.
Our aquadragons came home for the summer with Dr. Lester. They tank sat on a windowsill in her dinning room. Honestly, the thought was that they would dry up and we would try to bring the eggs back to life. But we still have one pretty large dragon still swimming in circles around the tank. It's the first week of new school year and he is back.
